- Where to find it
- Labelled Text Color in the Collection Settings drawer (gear in the collection header).
- Per device
- Yes — you can set one value for every screen, or separate values for phone, tablet, and desktop.
- Underlying CSS
color
In plain English
Sets colour on the collection so text inside can inherit it, unless a row, column, or component sets its own colour.
When you would use it
- Every piece of text in the collection should share one colour without setting each column.
How to change it
- Open Collection Settings, then "Text Color".
One value, or one per device? Every input in this setting sits under a “Same value for all resolutions” checkbox. Leave it checked for a single value everywhere, or uncheck it to give phones, tablets, and desktops their own. How per-device values work.
Watch out for
- A column or component Text Color overrides the collection for that content.
